Renu MedSpa COVID-19 Update:

Dear Clients, 
We will be re-opening Renu as of Monday, June 1st! To re-open our MedSpa properly, we’ve put a series of protocols in place to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our clients and employees. This will be a soft opening with limited days, hours, and services available. 
We will be adjusting appointment times accordingly to ensure proper treatment time, social distancing, and sanitation measures between all clients. 
We will also be implementing the following:
• Daily deep cleaning and sanitizing of our MedSpa. 
• Cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces and equipment between client visits.
• Regular sanitizing of common surfaces throughout the day. 
• Employees will be wearing personal protective equipment, including masks, gloves, and face shields. 
• Frequent hand washing and hand sanitation are mandatory for our staff and clients. 
• Daily careful screenings of all our staff will be performed before entering our MedSpa. 
• We are requesting that each client come at their scheduled appointment time as we will be practicing social distancing measures in our waiting room. 
• Mandatory COVID-19 informed consent must be signed by all clients prior to treatment. 
• Clients must wear a face mask to enter our MedSpa and must keep it on except when having a treatment that requires removal. 
• We will ask that you disinfect your hands using hand sanitizer in the waiting area and throughout your stay as you travel through the spa. 
• Unfortunately, no one will be allowed to have anyone accompany them during their appointment. 
We look forward to seeing you all and want to thank you for your patience and understanding through this unprecedented time. 
If you already have a scheduled appointment for June we are asking that you please make sure to let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel with as much time in advance as possible, as we are only going to be open 3 days per week, with limited appointments being taken each day.

COVID-19 In-Office Safety Protocol

  1. Maintain social distancing
  2. Wear face covering
  3. No additional people allowed in MedSpa
  4. Must be on time to appointment (please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment, please don’t be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will not be able to treat you)
  5. Hand sanitize/wash hands prior to appointment (will be provided)
  6. COVID-19 consent form must be signed before treatment

If you or anyone you are in close contact with are experiencing COVID-19 or flu like symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please call Renu MedSpa ASAP to reschedule your appointment.

You will be rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. This is to ensure the proper treatment time, social distancing, and sanitation measures.

We reserve the right to refuse service if failure to comply with listed guidelines.

We appreciate your patience, respect, and understanding through this time. We will continue to inform our clients of any changes made due to COVID-19.
